We are Organic Intellectuals. We are byproducts of the community and the people who have looked out for us. We are self – taught. We are not formally trained in business, marketing, or the arts. We have come up through the ranks out in the streets of our city and this is what gives us the competitive edge. Librarians, coaches, teachers, professors, bus drivers, police, parents, community activists, and many others are responsible for the birth and maturation of DreamCity.
With continued support of foundations, business leaders, politicians, universities, the media, after-school programs, schools, parents, coaches, librarians, and many others we will give arts back to where it belongs.
DreamCity is officially incorporated in the District of Columbia. We will have our official non-profit status shortly.
DreamCity was founded in November of 2004 by John Muller and Justin McNeil to return arts to the community. |
